Defination of peronal data

Personal data is defined as information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person, e.g. name, address or bank account.

Handling and use of peronal data

When you access our website your browser automatically sends the following data to our webserver: date and time of the request, URL of the previously visited site (called referrer URL), requested page, amount of the transferred data, name and version of your browser, your operating system as well as your IP address. These data will be stored separately from other data, which you enter to use our website. Therefore it is not possible to assign these data to a concrete person. After statistical analysis, these data are deleted.

We collect personal data, if you provide them voluntarily when opening a customer account or in the order process, e.g. by filling in the appropriate form. Without your explicit consent we only use the data provided by you for fulfilling and processing your order. If your data is not longer needed, e.g. for billing purposes the data will be deleted or blocked and will be erased at the end of regulations according to tax law and commercial law.

If you subscribed with your email address for the newsletter, it will be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Use of analysis tools

What exaclty is stored and how the data is processed and used by the provider is subject to their specific privacy policies.
